Initial 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 packages offer four hourly sessions over 4 weeks. This includes an additional
30-minute Zoom call to discuss your personalised plan.

Returning clients enjoy a generously reduced rate, and I offer special packages for emergency services and clinical NHS staff.
