I was a little nervous about starting yoga, learning the new poses and terms etc. Alice's beginners class was great for me, she was patient and explained everything step by step.
After practice I always feel relaxed, fully stretched, calm and ready to take on the days challenges. The meditation aspect of my practice leaves me feeling less stressed and emotionally settled.
