GROUP COACHING
I offer Yoga and Sound sessions rooted in the principles of Yoga, providing a holistic approach to release tension from both the mind and body. I coach in small, friendly groups, offering variations that accommodate individuals of all experience levels and flexibility. Beginners are most welcome to join us.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
The class focuses on slow, mindful movements synchronised with the breath, complemented by the incorporation of yoga bandhas and gentle hands-on assists. As the physical session concludes, participants are guided through a 10-minute meditation, followed by an assisted final savasana, culminating in a complete experience of physical practice, relaxation and rejuvenation.

IREST YOGA NIDRA
Discover the practice of Yoga Nidra, often referred to as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). Through this guided meditation technique, you can attain the hypnagogic state, fostering profound relaxation and restoration. Whether your aim is to achieve mental clarity, enhance creativity, regulate emotions, find stress relief, or simply experience deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra offers the support you need.

YIN YOGA
Experience the benefits of this slow-paced practice that involves holding Yoga asana for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes. Through meditative cues and rhythmic breath, you will find deep relaxation and inner stillness. Yin Yoga promotes flexibility, relaxation, rejuvenation, balance, and inner calm.
SOUND THERAPY
Discover the therapeutic power of sound. This practice involves using various vibrational musical instruments to enhance physical health and emotional well-being. From guided meditations to immersive sound baths, this complementary therapy offers a holistic experience that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

PILATES
Discover the power of Pilates as you strengthen, tone, and align your body. This session focuses on controlled movements and mindful exercises to improve your core strength, flexibility, and posture.
I coach you to engage your deep stabilising muscles while targeting the abdominals, shoulders, back, hips, and glutes. By emphasising good form and alignment, you'll develop a strong foundation for everyday movements and reduce the risk of injuries.
Suitable for all fitness levels, my class offers modifications and variations. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, you'll benefit from increased body awareness, improved posture, and enhanced muscle tone. Practice concludes with a guided meditation for complete mind and body balance.

WHERE ARE YOUR GROUP SESSIONS?
Tidbury Green Village Hall, located on the same site as Tidbury Green School, Dickens Heath Road, Solihull, B90 1QW. There is plenty of free parking available on the school car park. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the practice to allow time for preparation and to ensure that prior classes can finish their practice undisturbed.

DO YOU COACH ONLINE?
Online Yoga practice has changed over the last few years with a huge amount of Yogis now choosing to practice online. Online teaching offers numerous benefits that enhance your yoga experience. Having the flexibility to practice from the comfort of your home or any suitable space is a significant advantage. To ensure a smooth online session, you need is a good internet connection and a space with a yoga mat where I can see your body movements. This setup allows for personalised guidance on alignment and adjustments, ensuring a safe and effective practice.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING WITH ME?
Please wear something light and close-fitting that allows for a full range of movement. Bring your own Yoga mat, and feel free to bring any additional props you may want, such as a Yoga Belt and blocks.
For relaxation, meditation, and sound practice, bring extra layers to stay warm and cozy, along with a blanket and a Yoga bolster or pillow. Remember to bring a drink to stay hydrated before and after the sessions.
