Explore the mental and practical aspects of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Therapy as vehicles for empowerment, and understand how they impact your body and mind for a relaxed, intentional, and purposeful 2024. Are you curious about the benefits of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Baths, or do you find yourself simply going through the motions? This event is designed to provide both mental and practical experiences, elevating your practice of Yin, Nidra, and Sound, granting you a deeper understanding of why we practice to connect with our authenticity and live our best lives. We'll commence with yoga nidra, letting go and creating a blank canvas for creativity in 2024. Throughout the day, we will engage in Yin yoga practice to rejuvenate our bodies and minds, and enjoy the soothing sounds of a guided sound bath to nurture our beings. Enlightening discussions will assist in defining your core beliefs, values, and intentions for 2024, and I'll provide a practical framework for manifesting your true desires, which you can refer to throughout the new year. Escape to Flyford in the serene Worcestershire countryside with picturesque views to calm and nurture your soul. Yoga mats, soft Indian bolsters, eye pillows and Yoga belts are provided, adding an element of luxury, relaxation and nurturing to your day. Refreshments will be available to keep you hydrated, please bring your own lunch to cater for your personal preferences for an enjoyable lunch break. I'm excited to warmly welcome you to the event. Alice **Please note before booking: While complications are extremely rare, it's important to note that the sound element of the practice may not be suitable if you have epilepsy, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have severe mental health conditions, have a pacemaker, high anxiety, are sensitive to noise, have had recent surgery with unhealed wounds, or have metal plates within the body.
