In this class we I will guide you through exercises and stretches that strengthen and restore your spine. Whether you're dealing with existing pain or want to prevent it, this class is for everyone. Some of the benefits of Pilates include: Enhanced muscle tone Improved spinal alignment and postural position Increased joint stability Injury prevention Strong central core Reduce tension and stress Reduction and elimination of aches and pains Maximisation of overall wellbeing The ability to stay focussed with a strong mind/body connection I guide you into your practice, bringing awareness to traditional Pilates principles and STOTT Pilates principles, this way you are truly practicing 'Pilates' as opposed to a movement class as there's a huge difference. Beginners are warmly welcomed to our friendly group.
