Join me for a unique event that delves into both the conceptual and practical dimensions of Yoga Nidra and Sound Therapy in an educational and physical practice. This experience is designed to deepen your understanding of these practices, connecting you with your true self and setting the stage for a purposeful 2024. We'll commence the evening with a rejuvenating Yoga Nidra session, allowing you to release, creating a blank canvas for 2024. The soothing sounds of a guided sound bath will accompany us on this journey of self-nurturing and empowerment. Escape to a meticulously restored listed building in Wroxhall, nestled in the scenic Warwickshire countryside. There, you can immerse yourself in the art of nurturing your soul. I provide yoga mats, soft Indian bolsters, eye pillows and yoga belts for added comfort and nurturing. No experience is needed, just the ability to relax and lie down on a yoga mat.
