Service Description

Learn and experience Pilates over 4 weeks of hourly sessions to explore the benefits and establish a strong foundation for regular practice. In a small, inclusive group, all are welcome, regardless of age, size or flexibility. If you can get up and down off the mat you can practice. Benefits include: Improved body posture A healthy mind body connection Training without injury Improved muscle flexibility Improved breathing A stronger body Please bring a mat and wear flexible attire for full movement. Consider bringing a drink for hydration before and after practice. Sessions are in person at Tidbury Green Village Hall.
